Starke Finance is a team of visionaries, technical experts and blockchain advocates building the bridge between traditional and decentralized finance.
Team Size: Heartquartered in San Francisco Bay Area we formed a team of >5 members across multiple countries. Check detailed information about our team here.
Expertise: 20+ years combined in management, finance, blockchain and infrastructure.
Our story began with a commitment to securing and decentralizing the Solana network. In 2023, we joined Tour de Sun, a Solana Foundation program onboarding independent validators. Since then, Starke Validator has grown into an institutional-grade staking service, meeting compliance standards and infrastructure best practices.
This validator foundation became the springboard for Starke Finance, a vision we started to develop in stealth development mode in October 2024.
Recognizing the potential of the Solana ecosystem, we decided to diversify our project into distinct product lines, ensuring no aspect was deprioritized.

On one hand, we continue to develop Starke Validator, strengthening its foundation to enable the creation of Starke Finance. Our goal is to revolutionize the financial landscape, demonstrating that we can build a blockchain based asset management that merge the best qualities of traditional finance together with blockchain inherited properties.

But we won't stop there. Our vision is to enhance both the quality and variety of assets available on the platform. This includes incorporating tokenized securities such as stocks, ETFs, national bonds, indices, and other investment products, paving the way for a comprehensive and accessible financial ecosystem.
We partner with a U.S.-based law firm, Goodwin Law, specialized in digital assets to ensure compliance with financial licensing requirements. Our infrastructure follows strict security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, reflecting our commitment to institutional-grade trust and reliability.
